Our story

Three decades at the same bench.

Ramon Bautista opened the shop in 1989 with a soldering iron, a folding table and a neighbor's broken radio. Word got around Kamuning that "the Bautista boy" could fix anything.

Today Ramon still works the bench, Linda runs the counter and knows every regular by name, and their daughter Joy handles phones and laptops. We'll always tell you whether a repair is worth it, even when the honest answer is "buy a new one."

Questions

Things people ask Linda.

Anything else? Call the shop. A real person picks up, and it's usually Linda.

Salamat po for supporting a small business!
Do I need an appointment?

Nope. Walk in any time during opening hours. If you'd like us to set aside time for a big job, like a TV or a full laptop service, give us a call first.

How much does the check-up cost?

Nothing. We look at your device for free, call you with an exact price, and only start once you say yes. If we can't fix it, you take it home at no charge.

Are my photos and files safe?

Yes. We never open your personal files, and most repairs don't touch your data at all. For anything that might, we'll back it up first, with your permission.

What does the 90-day warranty cover?

The parts we replaced and the work we did. If the same problem comes back within 90 days, bring it in and we'll fix it again for free. Just keep your repair ticket.

Do you sell secondhand devices?

A few. We keep a small shelf of refurbished phones, laptops and radios, each tested by Ramon and covered by the same 90-day warranty. Ask at the counter.

Something stopped working?

Bring it by the shop or give us a call. The check-up is free, and so is the coffee.
